Civil Design Engineer - Urban 12D - Bonuses

One of the most respected, National Design and Construct Engineering Consultancies with a proud history dating back over 30 years. This is a great opportunity offering large project exposure plus depth/detailed design challenges.

In 12 months, you will confidently be able to say you've worked on some of NSW's hottest projects and the uplift in your skillset will be proof.

This consultancy has several branches, giving you scope to move or access different projects over time.

Environment

Work in a dedicated team that enjoy what they do.

Stepping in as an experienced 12d Designer, you will help lead a team of 5.

Your new Director is respected and known for being a good leader. He has an open door policy and leads from the front, instilling a culture of work hard, play hard.

Scope

Work secured for balance of this year and beyond includes both residential and commercial subdivisions, new urban and access roads and a hand full of land regeneration projects. What is on the cards beyond this though, are projects yet to be released for public knowledge. You will want to be a part of the next phase!

Salary is at the higher end, with share options after your first year.

Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years' experience in a similar role combined with advanced CAD and 12d skills highly regarded.
