Civil Supervisors

We have an opportunity for experienced Civil Supervisors with road construction and bulk earthworks experience to work with our client a civil contractor. The roles are working on the construction of a new autonomous haul road. Mobilisation is scheduled for 1 May.

About you

To be considered for these roles you will ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a supervisor working on bulk earthworks and haul road construction.
• BHP inducted. BHP appointed supervisors preferred.
• Completed s26 supervisor qualifications or progressing to completion.
• Proven people management skills.
• Well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading and motivating a skilled and experienced team.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.

These roles are offered FIFO Perth on a permanent staff basis on a 2:2 roster working 7 days followed by 7 nights.
