Civil/Structural Remedial Engineer Consultant

Our client provides professional Building and Engineering Consultancy services that are focused on the requirements, dynamics, and legislative obligations specific to the Strata Sector in relation to buildings. They specialise in the provision of advice, consultation, and assistance in various aspects of strata, building and construction matters.

• Qualification in Civil / Structural / Remedial Engineering
• Min 5 Years experience
• Have delt with multiple projects at once
• Defects reports experience
• Australian Standards & National Construction Code (NCC) knowledge, relevant in building structures.
• Office of Fair Trading “Guide to Standards and Tolerances for home builders and renovators” knowledge
• Home Building Act and Home Building Regulations
• Demonstrate a high level of ability to interpret plans and other forms of construction documentation (as built, architectural, strata plans etc.)
• A high level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, design software and a high standard of typing.
