Cleaning Supervisor (Contractor) – $500/week | 10–15 hrs/week | Perth

VIN Living Solutions is a growing cleaning company looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a part-time, contract basis.

Location: Perth
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Pay: $500 per week for 15 hours, with the opportunity for commission and a pay increase after the probation period
Employment Type: Contractor (ABN required)

Role Overview:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning sites, ensuring high-quality standards, coordinating with team members, communicating with clients, and assisting in onboarding and training new staff. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

• ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Reliable vehicle and full driver’s license
• Proven experience in commercial and/or domestic cleaning
• Ability to manage and supervise a small team effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Dependable, flexible, and proactive
