Purpose of the RoleThe commercial team is responsible for managing client relationships and nurturing and growing business. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will help us to achieve that by supporting clients and the sales team to resolve queries and complaints, whilst also managing a small number of your own client accounts. You will work across a broad range of commercial areas.
