Client Support Officer

About the role

Stable Home Care is seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Tweed Heads, NSW. This is a part-time position that will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining accurate client records and updating information in our database

• Scheduling and coordinating client appointments and visits

• Assisting with the administration of client care plans and service delivery

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

• Providing general administrative support to the wider care team

• Maintaining our Social Media presence

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills

• Proficient in using computer software, client management systems and social media applications

• Experience in a similar client-facing administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or community services sector

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required

• Must be available on Wednesdays
