Clinic Manager - Kent Street

We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Clinic Manager at our Kent Street location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing the clinic by implementing targeted marketing strategies, fostering doctor engagement, and continuously improving the patient experience. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the Nursing, Day Surgery Unit, Embryology, Facilities, and Reception teams.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Cultivating a positive culture within the Kent Street clinic and enhancing staff engagement
• Proactively managing communication across the clinic
• Leading marketing initiatives focused on attracting and engaging patients
• Strengthening relationships with doctors
• Continuously improving the patient experience
• Managing and resolving escalated issues
