About the Role:
Join our team as Clinical Nurse Consultant on a part-time basis (0.63 EFT / 48 hours per fortnight) based at the Monash Health - Kingston Centre.
As a member of the Monash Health continence service and broader teams, we are committed to working with you to become your professional best. We offer clinical education sessions, training on the job and career progression to enable you to further develop your clinical and leadership skills. Come and join a highly functioning multidisciplinary service that provides high quality evidenced based care to one of Melbourne's fastest growing regions. The Health Independence Program funded continence service is an innovative multidisciplinary team who will welcome your fresh ideas and approaches. Working with one of the largest continence teams in Victoria you will have opportunities to work with and learn from a variety of health professionals including geriatricians, senior physiotherapists, clinical nurse consultants and dietician in a supportive environment.
About Us:
The Continence Service is an outpatient service within the Specialist Clinics. We are a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of specialist clinicians passionate about continence management. This is a unique opportunity for a Continence Nurse Consultant to join and work with our team on an ongoing basis. You will be part of the wider Monash Health service, with access to all the benefits that offers: professional development, broad and specialised clinical experience. You will be well supported by the wider Multidisciplinary team, offering autonomy and flexibility in your work.
