Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Builders Clean Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks in newly constructed or renovated buildings, ensuring that the site is ready for handover or occupation. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Post-Construction Cleaning: Conduct detailed cleaning of construction sites, including removal of dust, debris, and residues from various surfaces such as floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.

Surface Preparation: Clean and polish all surfaces to a high standard, including glass, metal, and wood, ensuring that the finished work is free from construction-related marks and imperfections.

Sanitization: Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and railings.

Waste Management: Remove and properly dispose of construction waste and cleaning materials, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Equipment Maintenance: Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools properly, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions or damage.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines on the construction site, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in construction cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.

Certification: Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the job location. Relevant certifications in safety or cleaning practices are advantageous along with a white card.
