About The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial sales team to ensure the smooth running of business processes. Based out of our ACT showroom (Fyshwick) your role will be supporting our commercial teams providing various administrative duties to assist our Projects & New Home Builder teams Key Responsibilities Include Provide excellent customer service by responding efficiently to enquiries and resolving issues.Assist with quotes, orders, queries, deliveries, and after-sales support for a range of clients (e.g., builders, developers, architects, etc.).Convert customer enquiries into sales via phone, email, and online.Prepare quotes and sales documents, including correspondence.Use systems to accurately track and record sales data.Support the Commercial Sales Team as needed.Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments to build strong relationships. Here’s What We’re Looking For A driven, keen learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong administration and/or sales experience preferably in the commercial industry (this is not a deal breaker) with an appetite to immerse yourself into the variety of administrative work this role offers. You have a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic who enjoys being customer focused. You are recognised as a detail-orientated and enthusiastic administrative professional, with excellent communication and time management skills. Strong IT skills is a must for this role.
