• Workplace Experience is responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors across the clients' facilities.

This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This is a fixed-term contract until June 2026. _Snapshot of the role:_

• Warmly welcome and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
• Issue access cards to visitors while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Engage visitors and employees in a professional and helpful manner.
• Provide courteous escort services for VIP visitors to executive levels.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
• Serve as a central point of contact for campus information and wayfinding.
• Support the transition to electronic Visitor Management Systems.
• Monitor and maintain the lobby to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Assist in planning and executing experience activations in the workplace.
• Collaborate on workplace initiatives and community engagement activities.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Coordinate across teams to prepare for meetings and events efficiently.
• Create work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
• Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure operational continuity.
• Support the triage of service tickets through appropriate systems.
• Perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

• 3-5 years experience in customer service, security, hospitality, or workplace services
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and visitor management systems
• Flexible and positive attitude with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
• First aid and CPR certification a plus!
• Experience in corporate or multi-tenant building environments or Tertiary qualifications in hospitality, facilities management, or related fields are desirable
