Public Sector People are partnering with City of Parramatta to recruit for 2x Contact Centre Team Leaders. Contact Centre Team Leader (Project) Initial 3 months contract with potential to extend Hourly Pay Rate: $55.61 p/h + Super Contact Centre Team Leader Initial 6 months contract with potential to extend Hourly Pay Rate: $55.61 p/h + Super Responsibilities Leading and guiding team of 14 - 42 customer service officer in handling customer inquiries regarding the project.Actively lead, supervise, coach and develop Contact Centre staff to ensure all services are delivered to a high standard and to promote accountability and alignment towards achieving desired organisational outcomes. Analysis of the project, management of profit & loss, and team financial analysis.
