About the Role
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. If you have experience managing a large contingent workforce—whether within an internal talent team or via a managed service provider—this role could be a great short-term opportunity for you.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a contractor population of 600+, with a focus on:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the contingent workforce
- Onboarding/offboarding contingent workers
- Managing relationships with business leaders and preferred suppliers
- Responsible for the accuracy within the contractor timesheet and compliance system
- Overseeing the weekly timesheet invoicing process
- Handling any issues or queries relating to the contingent workforce
About You To hit the ground running, you'll be able to tick all the boxes below:
- You’re immediately available (or can start within a week) and can commit to the full 3-month contract
- You have 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (internal or MSP)
- You have proven success managing a large contingent workforce
