Contracts Administrator. You'll support the delivery of large-scale, community-focused projects—balancing office and site work while taking ownership of financials, procurement, and contract compliance.
Your Role:
- Administer contracts from procurement through to close-out
- Manage cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee subcontractor packages, variations, and claims
- Ensure contract compliance with time, cost, and legislative benchmarks
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams
- Support tendering and assist with risk and reporting
What You’ll Bring: - Experience managing contracts on builds valued $20M+
- Health or education sector project exposure is highly regarded
- Knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and cost control
- Skilled in construction software – CHEOPS & Procore preferred
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are essential
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and coordination skills
