Conveyancer /Property Paralegal

About the role:

We are seeking a conveyancer with a MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE to assist with residential and commercial conveyancing using PEXA, Smokeball and eDuties online.   

Knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing is needed and the ability to liaise with clients, banks, agents, brokers and other parties on a professional level is essential. 

This is currently a Part-Time position (3 days per week preferred)  with flexibility to accommodate the applicant. 

Our current location offers close proximity to shopping centre, public transport and parking.

We will be moving to Parramatta later in the year.  

Law students with no experience need not apply.

Qualities needed: 

• Minimum 3 Years experience needed

• Attention to detail

• High standard of communication skills

• Ability to work independently 

• Dedication

• Sense of humour

• Knowledge of Arabic advantageous but not necessary

Salary:

Commensurate with experience. Negotiable.
