We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes that meet our establishment’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, with a focus on pizzas, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain food cost controls.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Assist in creating vegan and gluten-free options to cater to diverse dietary needs.
• Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in an Italian cuisine setting.
• Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
