A highly regarded mid-tier law firm in Sydney CBD, specialising in personal injury law, is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. This growth driven role is a temp-to-perm, immediate start opportunity!

About the Role

• Be the face of the firm, delivering a warm and professional welcome to clients;
• Manage a high volume of calls with confidence and empathy;
• Work alongside another receptionist to ensure seamless front-of-house operations;
• Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with general office administration; and
• Overflow administration.

About You

• Previous experience in a corporate reception role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels;
• High level of empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive client matters;
• Impeccable presentation and a polished, professional demeanour; and
• Available ASAP and keen to work in a law firm environment.
