Corporate Store Manager - Pimpama – Acacia Ridge

We are on the look-out for a Store Manager to join the team at our Corporately owned store in the Pimpama area.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

Delight your customers with service and store standards
Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance

$71,050 base salary + 11.5% Superannuation + Bonus eligibility

The right candidate will have:

Passion and excitement for customer service
Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)
