About The Opportunity
The Administration Assistant reports to the Compliance Manager and is part of the Compliance team. The key focus of this role is to support the wider compliance team with administrative tasks and workflow. More specifically, you will:
Providing overall administrative support to approvals departmentThe preparation and lodgement of planning and building rules applications to council’s and private certifiersDeveloping positive relationships with council, certifiers other key stakeholders involved in the statutory approvals processAssisting in workflow and reportingOn the job learning opportunities specific to residential planning and building compliance
About You

Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in an administrative support roleA high level of professionalism and attention to detail and time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInterest in the building industry and willingness to learnA commitment to working as one team
