About the role:
As the Country HR Manager, ANZ, you will be a critical player in driving the people agenda. You will oversee HR operations for this region, partnering with senior leadership to align business objectives with HR strategies. Your innovative mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to lead a high-performing team will help them achieve their organisational goals. Some key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives and values of the organisation
- Lead and manage the HR team across the ANZ region, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development and learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities, and develop plans to address them.
- Lead employee relations and industrial relations including working with unions and negotiating the enterprise agreement.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Manage HR budgets and track key HR metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
About you:
We're looking for a proven HR Generalist who comes with strong experience in partnering closely with business leaders and managing a HR function. We are looking for someone who comes with the below skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience and experience in a senior leadership role.
- A collaborative approach and team player
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.
- Experience in partnering with blue and white collar workforces
- Experience working within unionised environments and experience in negotiating enterprise agreements
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
