How you will make contributions that matter:

We are looking for a dedicated Credit Analyst to join our shared services, finance team at our Head office in Freshwater place, Southbank. You will play a crucial role in our credit and collections functions.

As a Credit Analyst, you will manage an allocated debtor portfolio, maximize cash flow, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves end-to-end credit management, including risk assessment, collections, payment processing, and enforcing credit policies.

• Maintain a professional approach with customers.
• Ensure customer accounts are up to date.
• Manage credit limits and prepare limit reviews.
• Meet collection targets through emails and calls.
• Monitor overdue and manage collections in SAP.
• Assess credit risk for debtor portfolios.
• Ensure credit processes meet audit controls and legislative requirements.
• Provide monthly commentary on overdue debtors.

Ideally you will have:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in SAP, excellent time management, understanding of credit life cycle and risk assessment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
