The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven CRM strategies that drive measurable business results. You'll be a key player in shaping our customer messaging vision and innovating our approach to lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement targeted email and SMS campaigns to maximise revenue, retention, and activation.
  • Develop and optimise customer onboarding flows, email newsletters, and lifecycle automations.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform hypothesis-driven optimisation strategies.
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure all communications are on-brand and maintain high engagement metrics as well as maintain low unsubscribe and spam rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with broader OKR business goals.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulations affecting CRM efforts.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels.
  • Proficiency in email service platforms (eg. Customer.io, Braze, Active Campaign).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience with HTML and responsive email design.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and key performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (eg. Domo, Tableau).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-obsessed with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
