As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role will have you on the road visiting clients and in the office supporting customers , making it perfect for someone who loves variety and meaningful connections.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development • Visit health food stores, pharmacies, and distributors to promote our products • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and partners • Identify new pharmacy chains and sales opportunities • Manage and follow up on wholesale inquiries and pricing • Provide marketing support and staff training to stockists • Represent Hab Shifa at local and interstate trade shows and exhibitions
Customer Service • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and social media (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) • Engage and build brand loyalty through social interactions • Upsell and cross-sell products where relevant • Collect and share customer success stories • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Admin & CRM Management • Maintain and update CRM and stockist databases • Log sales visits, calls, and follow-ups • Welcome visitors to our Hallam office • Support the team with inbound sales processing and internal projects
🎯 What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in health food or pharmacy) • 1+ years in customer service or admin • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated • Comfortable creating basic content for social media • Passion or interest in natural health is a bonus!
