OUR TEAM: 

We are a diverse team in scope of practice and their modalities but work collaboratively with one another to co-manage clients holistically. This role requires a great deal of support to our exceptional practitioner team.

THE ROLE:

Beingwell is growing and expanding and requires a MARKETING & EVENTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR to join our team and elevate our practice to the next level! The new team member will be supporting the owner and practice manager to amplify our offerings through social media, website updates and existing collaterals and up level our operations across 6 sites duties as well as front desk duties. A background in health and wellness will be prioritised.

Hands-on with attention to detail is a MUST and experience in the healthcare industry and a true passion for healthy and holistic living. Only applicants with a cover letter attached will be considered. 

  • Weekly hours: 10-15 hours per week (casual to part time over 2 days)

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Must have experience in digital communications and marketing with excellent people skills in communication and rapport. 

  • Must have experience to initiate and host events related to health and wellness

  • Create and grow our community and culture though developing newsletters, events, social media and marketing campaigns

  • Posses a strong and consistent patient focus with the ability to successfully convert enquiries to bookings, reactivate inactive patients and reinforce patient education, treatment plans and recommendations on behalf of the practitioner, displaying cohesion and consistency with patients.

  • Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and the best practice standards

  • Process payments, schedule appointments, manage recall procedures, communicate with external referrers and third party payees are required

  • Consistently upholding and promoting the values and philosophies of the business, and displaying a sincere passion for all things wellness.

  • Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities in an efficient, productive and customer focused manner.
