The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, as Customer Success Manager you will be the single point of contact for AssetFuture customers, understanding customer needs and opportunities. Working with the customers and internal team to ensure that the customers get all the required resources and tools to adapt the AssetFuture technology, are satisfied and referenceable.
The major objectives of the role are to develop and own customer relationships with key clients, achieve customer retention and renewal targets and implement major initiatives aligned to AssetFuture’s Business Strategy.
This is a hybrid role based in Sydney CBD.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead onboarding and training for new customers and manage the rollout of new solutions for existing clientsPartner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to align on strategic objectives and deliver measurable customer success outcomesGuide customers through their asset management journey, helping them improve maturity and realise continuous valueBuild deep product knowledge and ensure customers are leveraging the full capabilities of our solutions to meet their business goalsFoster customer advocacy by identifying and nurturing product champions and brand ambassadorsDrive adoption and engagement on the AssetFuture intelligence platform by promoting key features, insights, and opportunities for expanded useManage software implementation projects, technology migrations, and effective account governance within your assigned customer portfolioCollaborate with the Sales team to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accountsUnderstand customers’ business goals and technical requirements, and create strategic plans to support their successAchieve customer retention, satisfaction, and renewal targetsBuild strong, referenceable relationships across your customer baseLead adoption and optimisation of AssetFuture solutions to drive long-term customer success
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
3-5 years of experience in a commercial customer-facing roleCommercial acumenStrong Stakeholder Management capabilityExperience in account managementProven track record of customer satisfaction within customer-facing rolesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in an ever-evolving and fast-paced environmentSound time management skills and strong organisation skillsResourceful problem-solving skills, curiosity and willingness to learnA 'can do' attitude, self-directed and results orientatedA strong team orientation and collaborative approachSound awareness of TechnologyMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable
Asset Management Knowledge and Experience3-5 years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS based environmentExperience in Project management/Project deliveryBeen part of technology implementations/migrationsExposure to writing business cases, funding requests
