We are seeking an exceptional leader with exemplary client relationship skills, deep security operations expertise and demonstrated ability/ drive to expand our Cyber Defense capability in Australia. As part of the Australian security leadership team, you will drive innovation, growth and service excellence for your capability area. Your team of security professionals is responsible for Managed Detection & Response, Security Engineering, Security Operations Advisory and Threat Hunting, ensuring the integrity and security of our clients’ digital assets. _________________________________________________________________________

Key Responsibilities | Working as part of a wider Accenture (“One Accenture”) team and leading the Cyber Defense capability/ practice, your responsibilities span:
1. Client Relationship Management: Your team is the primary contact for client organizations for security-related matters and escalations. You will need to understand clients' security requirements, objectives, and risk profiles to tailor Security operations services accordingly. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review security posture, incidents, and service performance.
2. Service Delivery: Lead the delivery of security operations services to clients, including monitoring, incident detection, response, reporting and threat intelligence. Ensure that Security operations services meet SLAs and client expectations. Oversee and guide the team during critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on clients. Continuously improve security operations processes, tools, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and threat detection capabilities.
3. Capability/ Practice Management: Lead, grow and inspire your team to provide impeccable service to clients and excel in their own professional growth. This comprises supervision of operational activities and building a strong cohesive team that provides a positive work culture that others want to join. Extend profile of Cyber Defense externally. This includes partnering with the marketing team to develop and deliver presentations, case studies, and other collateral that showcase security operations capabilities; or attending industry events and conferences to represent the organization, network with potential clients, and stay updated on market trends.
4. Subject Matter Expert (Sales): Sale responsibilities vary and you may lead sales and renewal efforts directly, act as a subject matter expert in client conversations, or collaborate with sales and account teams to identify client needs and propose Cyber Defense services as solutions (SME providing inputs). Act as a technical and operational subject matter expert (SME) during client meetings and proposal development.
