The Coonmoor Pastoral Company operates two dairies outside the town of Maffra in the Macalister Irrigation district in Gippsland. We have a team of staff who work together to ensure animal welfare is paramount and milk production is of the highest quality. OH&S is important to us. We have a full-time position as a Dairy Manager (Dairy Cattle Farmer) available.
The successful applicant will have a total understanding of managing a dairy herd. They will be required to work as a team and to lead other staff. Experience in the following areas is required:
Animal health and record management
All aspects of milking and general farm duties
Animal husbandry
Calf rearing
Pasture management and irrigation

The position offers an annual wage of $73,150.00 plus accommodation on the farm or close to the farm.
