About The Position Are you detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to be part of a fast-paced environment that truly values safety and service? We’re on the lookout for a DC Team Member (Returns) who’ll take charge of daily returns operations—everything from receiving stock to counting inventory—while keeping an eye on cost-effectiveness and working collaboratively with our legendary team. Receive and process incoming stock, transfer it to the right storage spots, and pick/organise items in the picking lanes per our guidelines.Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory and ensure the DC remains clean and tidy—because a well-kept space keeps everyone happy (and safe)!Jump in to support cleaning, receiving, dispatch, and other tasks when needed, demonstrating that “all hands on deck” spirit.Collaborate with your colleagues to refine procedures, enhance safety measures, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner in day-to-day operations. Shift details: Permanent Full-Time Monday - Friday Positions! Shifts available: 4:00am - 12:00pm, 5:00am - 1:00pm & 7:00am - 3:00pm. $58,000 - $62,000 base plus superannuation.Additional loading may vary based on hours worked.Free onsite parking for convenient access to work. Qualifications: LF & LO licenses preferred (get a higher base salary!) but not a deal-breaker.You’ve got warehouse experience under your belt (appliances, furniture, bulky items a plus).Skilled in safe manual handling and always looking out for your team.You stay on top of tasks and maintain high standards.A positive attitude, great communication skills, and willingness to help others are must-haves.
