What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive test environment delivery plan, setting clear timelines and resource needs. You will track progress, manage multiple test environments, and address risks. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you will communicate requirements and status updates, acting as the main contact for environment-related issues and facilitating resolutions.

You will analyse and address test environment gaps, document configurations, and maintain accessible documentation. Your problem-solving skills will help troubleshoot issues and improve processes. By identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation, you will enhance efficiency. Demonstrating leadership, you will drive collaboration and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

What you offer

  • Extensive technical delivery experience in Banking and Financial Services for developing and managing test environment delivery plan.
  • Engineering background and have successfully delivered large and complex initiatives with multiple dependencies
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with environment owners, platform teams, development teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for environment-related issues, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive resolution
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and ways of working to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of environment delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, driving collaboration and accountability across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for tracking progress and ensuring business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, with proficiency in managing risks and issues.
