About the role

Fixed term temporary and casual opportunity to provide oral health patient care to eligible clients and contribute to an effective teaching environment for students within the Oral Health Centre.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with OHC purpose and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of Dental Assistants, providing a high level of clinical, cross-infection and administrative assistance, and contribute to the effective education of students.
  • Undertake other work-related duties within the expected range of responsibility and competence for the position.
  • Sterilisation of dental instruments and equipment including hand pieces, burs and other specialised equipment.
