Are you an experienced dental nurse with a background in prosthodontics and surgical procedures? Do you love leading teams and want to be part of building something special?

We’re a small, privately-owned dental practice seeking a hands-on Practice Manager who can balance office leadership with strong clinical experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the day-to-day running of the dental practice

• Assist with complex surgical and prosthodontic treatments

• Support, manage, and train staff (currently a small team of 3)

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow

• Maintain compliance and ensure exceptional patient care

• Oversee stock ordering, sterilisation protocols, and equipment upkeep

What We're Looking For:

• Strong clinical background in dental nursing, with experience in prosthodontics and surgery

• Experience managing or leading a dental team

• Confident, approachable, and highly organised

• A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
