Liberty Belle Skin Centre is one of the world's premier centres for skin health - offering dermal therapies, laser treatments, cosmetic injectables and Coolsculpting (non-surgical fat reduction) in Melbourne's Toorak area. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their desired skin health and aesthetic goals through the latest technologies and evidence-based treatments. About the role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dermal Clinician to join our team at Liberty Belle Skin Centre in Toorak which proudly provides the most-up to date and effective skin treatments to patients using state-of-the-art technology and our wide range of modern equipment and therapies. This full-time position offers the opportunity to bring your experience and passion for dermal therapies to provide exceptional skin treatments and clinical care to our clients. As part of the wonderful LB family, you will also take part in ongoing training to up-skill.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to develop customised treatment plans for clients

• Performing a range of advanced skin treatments and clinical procedures including laser hair removal, chemical peels, LED light therapy, and other cosmetic treatments

• Educating clients on proper skin care routines and product recommendations to achieve their desired results

• Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

• Collaborating with the wider team to provide a seamless and exceptional client experience

What we're looking for

• Dermal Therapy qualification (eg. Vic Uni) preferred

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar skin therapy or dermal clinician role performing microdermabrasion, laser and other skin treatments

• Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, skin care ingredients and advanced skin care treatments

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, professional services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required
