Our client is a well known brand within the fast food industry and they are looking for a Desktop Engineer who can provide up to Level 2/3 support for their stores.
This is a 3 month contract with a view to extend for another 6 months and is located in the Sydney CBD, Town Hall. Hybrid working model.
The role will involve providing Level 2/3 support across Microsoft and Windows technologies/environments including hardware over the phone, remote, face to face and video chat. You will be supporting a MS environment consisting of O365, AD, Azure, Exchange and using ServiceNow.
To be suitable you will need:
• Experience working in a Desktop capacity at the level 2 and some level 3
• Experience working autonomously and proven track record of being reliable
• Experience with MS technology/environments including O365, Exchange, Active Directory
• Experience with basic networking including wifi troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and able to explain issues to non technical staff
