Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Digital and Social Media Manager in Baulkham Hills.
This role involves shaping and executing our digital strategy and overseeing social media activity for brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, execute and measure Valvoline's social media accounts in AU and NZ including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Oversee and collaborate with the social media agency to plan, implement and optimize campaigns.
- Develop and share the content calendar with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide quarterly digital and social reports.
- Manage & monitor Valvoline’s SEO and SEM.
- Develop, manage, and execute promotional activity on the Valvoline Promotions website.
- Respond to all customer queries from digital and social channels.
- Develop and execute a digital and social media strategy document.
- Keep up with evolving digital trends and tools.
To be successful, you will have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing.
- Experience with social media tools and analytics.
- A can-do attitude, a learning mindset, and passion for evolving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
