The Role:
As part of its strategy to create interconnected, engaging and personalised omnichannel shopping experiences, this emerging global luxury eComm brand is searching for an emerging, passionate and commercial Digital Marketing Manager.
Working in partnership with the founder and Creative Director, you will work closely with internal brand and content teams as well as agency partners to shape a digital offering that delivers customer conversion and increased spend across all categories on a global scale. Operationally you will ensure website functionality, oversee performance across all paid digital media channels and work with brand marketing teams to develop the appropriate content that enhances the digital marketing offering.
As part of a small but growing team, you will be a crucial part of the leadership team that will help to scale an Australian brand on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across digital channels in line with marketing and product plans.Ensure web assets, content, and promotions are tested, configured, and implemented on time.Partner with brand teams to produce engaging visually inspiring digital content.Collaborate with marketplace partners ensuring product is represented in line with brand standards.Strategically track and showcase channel performance with future trade recommendations.Deliver P&L objectives through cost management and delivering profitable sales
