Overall you will be instrumental in improving the CX function of the business (along side your team members). As the Salesforce subject matter expert, you will partner tightly with the Marketing & Sales teams across the different business units and act as the internal consultant, enhancing & accelerating the organisations’ Digital & Omni-channel journey.
