About the role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Diploma Educator with relevant experience to join our dedicated team at Hand in Hand Early Learning Centre in South Wentworthville, NSW. As a Diploma Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our centre, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

• Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform your teaching practices

• Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment

• Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

What we're looking for

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Demonstrated experience working as an Educator in a long day care or preschool setting

• Strong knowledge of child development and pedagogy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive care and education

• A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to your work
