What’s the role?
As the Director of Service Optimisation, you'll lead a dynamic team to enhance our processes and strategies. This full-time role is based in either our Sydney, Adelaide or Perth offices. As a key member of the Service and Operations Leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring our services are efficient and our team is performing at its best. This role is accountable for the leadership of our process and service optimisation program, optimising how we service our advisers and customers. Your role will involve developing optimisation strategies, managing relationships, and fostering a collaborative culture. You'll also oversee employee performance management, coach and develop your team, and promote internal communication to create a cohesive and motivated work environment.
