Annual Salary: $66,000 - $70,000 (plus superannuation)

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality care services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and daily living tasks.

Support participants in accessing community activities and social engagement.

Assist with the implementation of NDIS plans and individualized support strategies.

Monitor and report on the health and wellbeing of participants.

Promote independence and enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with organizational and NDIS standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.

At least one year of experience working as a Disability Support Worker or in a related field.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
