About The Role We are currently looking for experienced, committed, and compassionate disability support workers to provide respite services in our newly established SIL accommodations within the southeast suburbs such including Junction Village, Cranbourne, Frankston and Clyde. Minimum 1+ years' experience within the disability, community services or similar in assisting clients with high care physical requirements.Experience working with non-verbal clients having Intellectual disability, Cerebral Palsy, ASD & epilepsy.Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)Willingness to support clients with personal care including showering, manual handling, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similarMust be available to work 20+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including sleepover shifts & active nights.
