The Role Based at our Geelong location we are seeking an individual aspiring to be, or already is a HR Licensed driver, to join our team and serve our local community as part of our Commercial and Industrial team. As a HR Driver You Will Be Responsible For Rear Lift collection vehicle.Performing loading and unloading duties of recycling and waste productDelivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilitiesEnsuring high levels of customer service and satisfactionMaintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and outComfortable with a high level of manual handling Must be willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test. As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy for Women to address substantive equality for female identifying or non-binary persons in the industry by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved. Cleanaway is seeking an individual to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a HR licenced truck driver, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.
