Your Role & Responsibilities As an Educator at Guardian Manly West, you will:
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider centre community.
- Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs.
- Document and share children’s learning journeys with families.
- Contribute to the adoption of the Guardian Curriculum, ensuring children are at the heart of every learning experience.
What We’re Looking For - A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
- Experience in long day-care.
- Strong understanding of the NQF & EYLF.
- A QLD Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
