Electrical Site Manager - Tier 1

The Company!

They are a leading tier 1 electrical contractor who have been operating across the Sydney construction market for many years. They work with excellent tier 1 & 2 builders across a variety of major commercial, health, transport & mission critical infrastructure projects.

They are looking for a Site Manager to join their business as they have just picked up a cracking major project that is just about to come out of the ground and will be going on till at least 2027.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery for the project with values up to $50m (electrical value)
• Oversee the team, labour, materials, client & stakeholder management.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with builders, clients etc
• Be able to motivate your team

You will:

• Have several years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager, ideally across tier 1 projects
• Have plenty of industry knowledge
• Solid verbal & written communication skills
• Be company minded and looking to be here long term
