We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our team in our factory located in Russell Vale, North Wollongong.

 

Available positions include:

• Electrical / Hydraulic Fitter 

 

 

About the role

 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Hours

Offering 5 days work per week 7am - 3.30pm with overtime when required. The position is permanent full time subject to a mandatory probation period.

 

Training

• On the job training will be provided.

 

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to your supervisor you will be required to work autonomously and within a manufacturing team,

• Perform Maintenance, diagnostic trouble shooting and assembly of Hydraulic pumps and equipment required for construction projects

• maintaining service logs on all equipment

• Stock control of all components and equipment required for and during routine maintenance

Skills and experience

 

The position offers immediate start working with our fast paced team and would require the successful candidates to possess the following essential qualifications;

Electrical / Hydraulic Fitter -

• trade qualified Electrician / Hydraulic fitter

• worked with or maintained hydraulic pumps

• Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose electrical faults

• Forklift license 

• Construction Industry White Card

• Construction/manufacturing experience

 

Desired Qualifications

• Trade qualified electrician / Hydraulic fitter

• Drivers license and own transport

• forklift ticket

 

Attributes

• Physically fit and enjoy working both indoors and out

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Able to follow directions and instructions from supervisors and managers

• Practical knowledge of WHS
