Electronics Fire Technician

We are seeking a dry fire electronics technician. The role will be responsible for the maintenance and installation on a variety of fire protection systems and equipment and delivering excellence in customer service.

We have broad client base that will allow you a broad scope of work and enable you to gain experience and expertise in a wide variety of different systems and products. On job training will be provided for specific client systems.

A vehicle, tools and uniform are provided.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Effectively manage available time and resources and be proactive in problem solving and troubleshooting.

• Achieve full compliance to service delivery and procedural requirements, including quality, EH&S, Ethics and Trade practices.

• Survey sites and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.

• Report work progress and performance by completing productivity and key performance indicator reports.

Qualifications

Previous experience within a similar role is preferred however training and support will be provided to suitable candidates looking to enter the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of fire systems

• Clean WA Drivers Licence

• Open Cabling Licence

• EWP High Risk

• Construction Card (white card)

• Clean drug/alcohol screening
