Employee Experience Business Partner

Keane specialise in placing long-term contractors into Australian Intelligence Agencies. As such, we are not a traditional “recruiter”. We have grown dramatically in recent years, and we need more people to be a part of our wonderful team. 

We are seeking an Employee Experience Business Partner to join our small but mighty team. We are open to candidates interested in working between 2 and 3 days a week.

Ideal candidates will bring existing human resources experience and knowledge of an employee experience approach.

The Employee Experience Business Partner (EEBP) is responsible for the development of the Keane Consulting (Keane) culture, employee experience and human resources function. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all facets of the Human Resources lifecycle for our team of 16 as well as our external contracting workforce. This role is project-focused (with some operational duties) and is responsible for bringing in and implementing new ideas to enhance ways of working. You will be part of a leadership team responsible for business enhancements.

You will need to have solid HR/Employee Experience (EE) experience gained from either a corporate or government environment.
