We are looking for an experienced full-time Estimator (9.00am to 5.00pm) to join our Estimating Division. The successful candidate will play a key role within the team by using their highly developed technical or commercial skills to ensure profitability of our products.

About The Role

The role of Estimator would ideally suit a candidate with a background in product design, specifications or other manufacturing industry related experience. In this dynamic position, you will also play a vital part in ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions that align with customer requirements and production capabilities.

Key Duties

• Source and coordinate customer quotes and manage quoting activities

• Prepare tailored solutions for customer’s design specifications

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and production to ensure product suitability and production capabilities

• Offer expert guidance to customers regarding style limitations to ensure product integrity

• Liaising with customers, design and production to ensure timely manufacture and delivery

Skills & Experience

We are searching for a creative problem solver with a knack for numbers, great eye for detail and thrives finding solutions that meets customer needs whilst staying within production capabilities. In addition we require:

• Previous experience working within a similar role

• A good commercial mindset with strong technical design skills

• Sound analytical, spatial awareness and numerical abilities

• Ability to think critically, always searching for ways to exceed our customer expectations

• Confident systems capability – MS Office suite, other internal systems

• Team player who can work across departments

• Excellent written and communication skills
