Your Role:

Work in a team of two on a rotational roster to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment across our sizeable commercial building.

This is not just a cleaning role—it’s a hybrid position combining cleaning duties with basic repair and maintenance responsibilities, such as:

• Performing general cleaning duties across common areas, offices, and facilities
• Manage cleaning stock and ensure supplies are maintained
• Carry out basic building maintenance such as:
  
  • Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
  • Minor electrical fixes (non-licensed work)
  • Assembling furniture and using basic hand/power tools
  • Reporting major issues to the facilities manager

About you:

• Dedicated passion and experience in maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Experience with hand and power tools, as well as basic knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.
• Adaptable and proactive with a 'no task is beneath you' mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
