We take care of your doors, so you can focus on taking care of your business. The Position We are seeking to appoint competent Process Workers to our operation based in Bangholme, Vic. The successful candidate needs to complete all work assigned to you by a nominated Leading hand/supervisor within reasonable timeframes and to a high standard of quality using the established standard manufacturing procedures and safe operating procedures. We provide full on the job training for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Perform a range of tasks to assist in the efficient and safe operation of warehouse/factory, including: Participate in the manufacturing and assembly of docking solutions or other door types as per detail sheets and supervisor direction. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Loading and/or unloading of vehicles and/or trucks. Carrying and/or moving goods. Use hand held tools such as chisels, saws or hammers. Operate powered hand held tools such as drills, routers, sanders or grinders. Operate or assist in the operation of other powered workshop machinery. Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance on the workshop machinery. Clean and maintain Work areas. Train lesser experienced staff in standard manufacturing procedures. Conduct deliveries in the work Ute or truck. Maintain quality control by following established QC procedures. Skills & Experience: Forklift Driver certification, not essential Knowledge of factory or manufacturing processes Physical fitness with the ability to undertake manual-handling activities Ability to follow operating procedures Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to read and write, and arithmetic skills Ability to use hand tools and operate basic machinery Experience in a similar role Experience working with hand tools AAES is an equal opportunity employer.
