Female Support Worker required for household task

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will mainly include household tasks such as- cleaning the house, help in the kitchen, meal preparation and looking after the participant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments, social outings, or community activities.
• Implement care plans and follow routines tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
• experience in cleaning would be preferred.
• A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for transport assistance).
• Must be female due to personal care requirements.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Rotating roster
• Weekend availability
