About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will mainly include household tasks such as- cleaning the house, help in the kitchen, meal preparation and looking after the participant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments, social outings, or community activities.
- Implement care plans and follow routines tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to the appropriate team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- experience in cleaning would be preferred.
- A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for transport assistance).
- Must be female due to personal care requirements.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
